Joyce father told her : everything is possible if you believe it. Her father was dead in a car accident when she was 8. Her father was very success in his business and taking very good care to her. He does all the decision for Joyce. Her mother merely a housewife doesn’t know anything. But her mother wanted to protect Joyce, she willing to learn everything for her. She learnt car driving; she learnt how to earn money… Her mother tries to be strong. Joyce knew her mother is a tough woman, and she wants to protect her mother. She goes to work after school everyday. She knows that Thailand people are very hard to go into University. She then studies very hard, and she get into Top 2Uni in Thai. She said : Don’t wait until too late to do anything and everything.

She is studying Computer Engineering. She wants to further her study in United State. However, one month study fees without living expenses are at least USD 5,000. She has to work for saving money in Thailand at that time. She found that some seniors who come back from United Stated, salary level is just around USD 10,000/ year. She then discuss with her boy friend, Patrick, to start a agriculture Business to earn the money.
(We are computer engineers, but why we start agriculture business? Because we see the opportunity.)
They are very success in this Agriculture Business, they represent Thailand to join Singapore Agriculture Expo. That time, they are 18 & 21.

As a student, why I do business? Why not enjoying the study ?
(Its too late, when I see the senior income after graduated, please tell me how to enjoy ?! )

There are many things nowadays that we cannot control, even we work very hard in this agriculture business. Workers problems, partnership problems come along, because we are too young. We quit the business. But no money, no business. Patrick goes back to his Employee life, work as a manager for 7 Jewelry shops. He was sent to many countries for business. He is so disappointed, and heart burnt. Because he worked all these for others, just like plant many apple trees on other people land.

Everytime Joyce heard about Amway, she run away. How I can sales? How can I sell toothpaste? Because she just see people selling toothpaste, and just think by herself. Never check it out what is about Amway. Days passed, she found that there are more and more people doing Amway, and they are more and more happy, she is curious about this.

Many people read many books. But they are still don’t understand about Network marketing business. She read “ Poor Dad and Rich Dad” ,He tells her about the unlimited growing on business with Network Marketing.
I never sign up, I never decide to join Amway, I decide to success in Amway. That’s why I jump pin very fast. 1^st year, want to be Diamond. Big Dreams, so don’t have any problem.

Her 1^st month 12%, every week meeting, have people come for meeting. One day, all her friends unable to attend, then she called Patrick come. She never thinks he will do Amway at all. He is the last person in the world who she thinks he will do this business. Introvert, Small friends circle, and going to start his master degrees soon.

Patrick doesn’t want to start the war with her girlfriend, so he just comes for the marketing plan. And sees the demo. He is excited. In his view, there are small stuff in Amway and all people can do it.
He grows in a business background family, even Amway is good, but its not me. Demo is not cool! Because he doesn’t understand the business, he doesn’t understand the life.

2012 Amway is a 10.5 Million Company. Its not hard to understand Amway right now, but understand life is not easy. Understand Amway and understand life, then goes into heart…
Monday to Friday, stays in Thai Noodles factory working for his mother. He has business background, so he can easier to understand his business, because he sees from outside to inside of this business. People not in business, they just can see from outside view. (Ohh! Its good !)

Mother has a lot of money, but no time. She everyday has fight fight fight, everyday not free. Father works in another company as civil engineer, have time but no money. He is free on sat and Sunday.

I don’t want to choose either one, so I decide to growing up with party, playing play station, soccer. I have no future. If you don’t think about future, you don’t find opportunity. Only people think about future, you find the opportunity.

A lot of people work very hard for their life, but finally pay their money in hospital within 5 years and die. Whole life only 1 car 1 house then die. In Amway 5 years, you can do everything that you want. Then he checks how and why Amway can give me like that.

A lot of people so busy, no time, no saving. Why busy? Because they work hard. Why work hard? They want money. Where is your money? I have no money. A lot of people went out and get lost, it doesn’t like 40 years ago, they can live by saving money in the bank in the past. Interest in bank now very low, so you have to work more and do more.

Find more info about this business, more info, more confident, more believe that can change their life. Then take action. Many people don’t work hard, because they don’t believe that this can change their life. Believe more than 100%, if not how to put in effort? This is the only business I will do for my whole life.

Goal is the 1^st thing in leader mind. Only with the goal, you work hard. Work hard is not about the money, is about the goal. A lot of people have many money, so they work hard. Of course, a lot of people they don’t have money, that’s it. Its because the GOAL.

Dream without action, is daydream. Why still cannot achieve the dream? Because Dream has to pass Limited Time to become Goal. WHEN is very important. If you still need time to think, its not a clear goal. No once can force you to have freedom. Even your upline love you, they can set very good meeting, but they cannot force you to be Diamond. The 1^st things we have to know is the power of Win. Then only HOW. If you don’t put WHEN, you will not think of HOW. So you put WHEN, then become GOAL. After you have GOAL, you will find HOW. If your dream is freedom, you have your own job, but you have nothing. Because your dream is freedom.

When taking action, follow the schedule, not follow the emotions. Make yourself discipline, write all the schedule into Diary. Plan / Tools are needed to success. If you want to become Diamond, 6 legs, no matter what! You have to find!! You have no choice!!

Of course, there are many obstacles waiting for you, yes/no, yes/no, yes/no, “its ok!”. Analyze yourself everyday, every week, every month, every year. After analyze, adjust the plan, Not adjust the Dream ! Many people adjust the Dream! It’s easy to change your dream. Dream never give up on us, Only we give up the Dream. I am a workhard type person, I am not afraid about working hard.

Yes, of course, not everybody will buy the products, but somebody will buy the products. Even CocaCola , Pepsi, cannot force you to buy. Not everybody can easily understand life. You can buy house, but cannot buy Home. You can buy very expensive medicine, but cannot buy health. You can buy a luxuries bed, but cannot buy sleeping time.

We can make all volume by ourselves, we believe in Concept, Products, Philosophy. After finish my daytime job, its Amway ! I am so excited about this !! If I finish Amway, I finish CAM, Its not a problem! If don’t want, Bleh, No? Bleh ! Its nothing to lose. We work harder, harder and harder.

2002 24Age :
1^st mth 3%, I am a sportman, I cannot easily to get up in the morning. I try Protein powder, I am so excited. I like it, I want to buy more when I try it. So Amway marketing plan is works! This is a possible plan ! because the products are so fantastic !
2^nd mth 21% with 1 leg break off.
3^rd mth Ruby with 2 legs break off, and many 18%. You have to put more effort, because that’s yours. People have wrong concept, that’s why they still work for whole life. Yes! Because you are business, so you have to success faster in Amway.
7^th month Platinum with 6 legs break Off.
11^th mth Emerald.
1 year 11^th mth Diamond.
3 year 11 mth EDC with create another F.Diamond.
When I am EDC, I only understand the more philosophy about Amway. That time I am a Strong EDC. The way to do the business, is to help more people. So I start in Philiphine, every 1^st week of 1^st month, I will go to Manila. Same effort, 11mth becomes Emerald there.

If you know how to build leg, you can build the business, you can do it again and again.

2010 : F.Diamond in US.

We jst can believe, one day we will make it. Many people have excuses. Very lucky things, we work hard. Don’t wait for everything ready, just do it. That day that everything ready, has no that day. I put my entire emerald bonus to buy projector. 24age Emerald, in my heart, already Diamond. My pin standby Emerald. To believe, find someone like me. To believe! Some more don’t see the obstacles, just see the goal. When you see through your hand, you see me. Now look at your hand, you cant see me. Focus on the goal, you can see the goal clearly. Don’t focus on the obstacles, because you can just see the obstacles. Never ever stop dreaming. Imagine from that room, small screen. All my groups are under 30, and 14 buses when we attend Thailand Recognition.

I used the same projector and same screen in Philippine. Time passes, I found that its not about the nice screen, its about the Concept and Spirit of this business. In the future, we can affect many people in the world through work hard. I have over 20 countries market share. Everybody here fight for freedom. I have a IBO who was a DJ in NewYork, he 23 age become Emerald, and now is the youngest Diamond in US.

Success in all dimensions, Amway can give you. Parents will still worry about their kids, even they have good work and good job, but they still cannot take the responsibility to themselves and to the social. Once you have to take responsibilities of your kids and family, you will get it.

Freedom people, when taking depth breathe, they “ huuuu~~~” Very relax. When is the last day we did this when still studying?
Good job not = good life.
Good business not = good life.
Businessmen take a depth depth breathe, they “swallow” it.
Sometimes, they take a depth depth breathe, their heart attack come. Economic crisis.

在City Hall附近Countdown 后，我们去了Minki家过夜，那个时候已经是1.00am ><”因为1月1号有10km Marathon。

*他在Email给他的伙伴：“About Dreams”,我问Minki：

What is the Title of the Run?
“New Year Marathon, Physical Training is very important, especially for Young IBOs.”

Why so late you still not sleeping yet?
“Because I am a businessman, my working time is 24hours.”
不愧是YoungFCA leader。一身干劲！身体力行，好榜样！

等着冲凉的时候，又在拿起书看《7 habits of successful people》。瞬间，真的感觉到，头脑再次充满了力量。看着屋外的夜景……

8am到了Yeo-I-Do，就在海边隔壁，超冷！身体贴了2个HotPack但是没有发挥用途。身体一直发抖。Minki借了他的2005年Ironman的Beanie给我。新的一年的第一天，就让这10km的NewYear Marathon作为我奋斗的起点吧！

看到偶像们Leonard Kim和 32岁的YoungTripleDiamond Patrick & Joyce Joe！跟他们要求拍了一些照，原来Patrick 4月份会来新加坡演讲！太棒了！！我很喜欢他一身的打扮！太帅了！我要快点上Pin，就能像他一样了！Joyce很有年轻少女气质，果然是Thailand Artistry的代言人！

Leonard Kim虽然66岁，自己带着我们做了30mins的热身，他Nutrilite身体太壯了吧！一面跳，一面体会到“安利生活化，生活安利化”。

9am！开跑了！跑的时候，看到Leonard后面有一群Diamond级的人跟着他后面跑，好像军队的感觉，我跟Felicia也跟着他们。他们一边跑，一边喊：“Team! Nutrilite! Team! Nutrilite!” “See you! FCA! See you! FCA!”

我已经5个月没有跑步了，突然今天决定要跑，而且距离不短，我的脚也差不多撑不住了。跑着跑着，竟然下雪==”

跑了5km，我们停下来跟着Leonard喊口号“Together with Freedom!”一路上都有人将我们的路程录下。我真的很累，真的不行了，冷的空气很伤肺，但是我一停，我就跟不上了。Felicia还在我隔壁，不能落在她后面。死撑跟着团队。看着傍边的指示牌，还有3km！还有很远……我的呼吸节奏一直变，脚步跟不上节奏，脚越跑越重。

脑里面，一直想：“我要FCA，我真的要FCA！如果连这些挑战我都不能克服，我要怎样才能带自己上FCA呢？加油！既然有跑过10Km的经验，我是可以到终点的。加油，不要放弃。Keep Going Keep Going”

一直跑一直跑，想着：“一定要为完成目标找理由，不可以为放弃找借口。”

“今天是新一年的第一天，我需要为我的2012写下新的纪录，完成这个目标是非常重要的，这将会决定了我今年做事的态度，一定要坚持跑到终点。”

还记得在大会时，Leonard讲：“一个人跑，很容易放弃；一起跑，可以互相鼓励。”把我们的精神，融入进团队，我们能完成超乎我们想象的事情。他自己喊口号，我们在后面紧跟着他。喊了10km！太难以想象了！Leonard真的让团队的人看到他的精神。向前迈进，不放弃，不是为了自己，是为了团队。这个就是我需要装备的领导魅力。

一路上，看到很多游艇停泊在汉江边……想不到，我竟然还能在生日的第二天看到我想要去的地方。以为看到了终点，看到了希望。继续跑，原来看错了！灰心了一下，又继续跑。

看到了终点，原来又不是！！我有千百种放弃的借口，但是只有一个坚持的理由- 就是“我一定要完成团队的使命，我一定要跑到终点。跟着团队的方向，别跟着自己的放弃心态。看团队，别看自己。最后一定可以到终点。”

这个感觉都不知道有了多少次：为什么看到好像是，而又不是终点！心里面一直算一直算，差不多了差不多了，要到了要到了。这里不是，下一个一定是。这里不是，下一个一定是！

“如果我现在是CAM，不可能不上FCA的！就算再懒，也要完成它！完成了，人生就非常精彩了！跑完它，跑完它”

真的看到了终点，有人在那边了！我看到了Finish的布条！但是我的脚已经不能再跑了，再跑真的就会抽筋。但是只剩200m！不能最后放弃！真的不能放弃！不能前功尽弃！一点而已，一点而已！要到了要到了！

啊啊啊啊啊啊啊！！我跑完了！！！！Yea !!!!! Happy New Year!!! I did it !!!!

双脚立刻抽筋，20mins ><. I have accomplished Team Mission !!

Christmas Rally 2011

I am so excited again for attending Worldwide DreamBuilder Korea (WWDBK) Major Function.
It is so special for me because there are 25k attendances: 2k IBOs from China, 50 IBOs from Japan, 100 IBOs from SG and MY, others are from each provinces of Korea.

I left Seoul at 12am by 2 Buses with Minki, Long time has no see them, but at the glance they see me, they are very excited and greet me. I stunned and really feel proud to be in the same Team with them. Chit chats in the bus with Korean leaders, I learn a lot from their changing in life and their passion to success in this business.
We reach Busan HaeYunDae at 5am. We have queued outside of the BEXCO which is the largest business conventional centre in Busan until 9am ><
The design of Christmas Rally Hall really attracts me. Starts to anticipating what will be conducting later! =)
I am so exciting again to see all my beloved partners from MY and SG. They have translators’ ear piece provided by WWDBK.

背景：中国政府机关高级总经理，做了很多年的工，但是还不能供孩子出国读书。
参加安利原因：14年。为了让孩子出国留学。

由于南北韩以前战争的历史，南韩= 现在的韩国跟中国有政治上的不合。
但是这次来到韩国，Leonard Kim让中国国旗出现在荧幕上，为你升起，为你伴奏国歌，为你感到光荣。

当我加入的第2天，我买了800美金的产品自用。我的上线看到，说我傻了。
但是，她（上线）用了12年的时间才看懂安利，现在是个DD。

隔行如隔山，要紧跟着做过的人，不走弯路。安利中国经历了5停4改3整顿。98年，所有直销行业被停止。当时，几乎全部人放弃安利，有些1千人的团队，一夜间解散了。我的团队本来124人，只剩下8人。这时，FAA 70 陈婉芬老师，告诉我：其实危机的背后恰后是一个机会，安利是一个很强很扎实的公司，中国政府一定让安利继续经营。

成功是一个想法，只要跟成功的人的想法一样，就能勇往直前；
如果想法不一样，就会裹足不前。如果想法不一样，我会放下我的想法，跟着成功的人的想法。

时间证明了这是对的。不久安利中国又再开始营业。想法一致，人生一致，忘我的境界，要有梦，成功就会来找你。

选对了行业，但是选不对名师，很难成功。
人生要找到实现梦想的路是不容易的。
我们只需要 Share the products, share the opportunity, think positive, and move forward.

由于在政府机关工作，所以我有很多市长的朋友。我做安利的时候，他们都不认同我，甚至聚会都不敢邀请我。最后，他们用了10年的时间才明白安利。现在我是安利创办人皇冠大使，聚会的细节都迁就我的时间，他们没等到我来，都不敢开始聚会。你说安利成功牛吗？、

在中国，就算有钱都不一定买到安利产品。经常断货。一下，牙膏没了；又一下，DoubleX又没了。MY、SG、KR实在幸福，要货就有。

成功路上，会遇到很多问题。
这难道上班，做生意就不会遇到问题吗？
有时候，精打细算，做了个投资，亏了钱，就拿不会钱了

我的妹妹和妹夫反对了我5年，一直不让我对她讲安利，我知道韩国邀请了陈婉芬做主讲嘉，我想尽办法让她出席这次的大会。我请她代替我在这次的大会录音，她只能答应。

来到韩国大会，有些他们虽然不知道安利是什么，但是他们看到了外国人对她的尊敬，他们选择开始了这门生意。很多人不知道安利对她好，但是我们知道。只需要一直分享，任何人的感觉会改变的。

安利从一个思想开始。安利是一个思想。
要成功要千方百计，不是一方一计。
如果对自己的远大目标负责任，你也能成为FCA。

我的梦想已经完成了，我现在的梦想就是帮助我的合作伙伴完成他们的梦想。
在有限的人生，有什么事，是比改变别人的人生还更有意义呢？

这次她上台分享的时候告诉我们：
姐姐时常告诉我，要成功安利，只需要3个步骤：

第一。只是换一个牌子用
第二。学习：自己学习，带人出来学习，带团队学习
第三。出国学习

她的妹妹只是一个家庭主妇，没有信心做安利，所以才会拒绝。
但是韩姐告诉她：No meeting, No Amway.
她只是很听话，要加强信心，只有出席会议。在会议成长，信心不断提升。

第3年: EDC
接下来的第4年，在迈向Triple Diamond。这次还带了她的16条线出席Christmas Rally。
日本的出席者都是她带来的。
“我们来日本，不是来打工的，是来成功的。”

不考虑自己的感受，只是不断给予机会，他们能活在希望当中。
不放弃他，不等他，往前跑，回来再带他，不离不弃。
“有安利成功的领导人在前面带路，我们走路就好了。”

看到我的时候，看到的是决心；
看到我妹妹的时候，看到的是信心。

我请我80岁的父亲来日本看我演讲，在几万人的现场，他看到我受到那么多人的欢迎，不禁得掉下眼泪。Amway Leadership Seminar的时候，安利将Holleywood全部包下，全场只有安利的人。在哪里，我们很勤劳地工作，才能够跟家人一起来这样的旅行呢？

从韩姐的身上看到了，FCA：是本身，原版店，展现安利价值。
安利很简单，因为路已经通了，只是走而已。
安利不容易，因为我们是人，有些人不走，有些人原地走，有些人往后走，但是我每天都走在前进的道路。

我小时候的梦想就是想成为国家的大使，在这里我也能实现我的梦想，成功安利的皇冠大使。

安利只是语言不同而已，看有谁把安利做成功，就跟他学习- Leonard Kim。
但是在美国根本没有机会遇到Leonard，6个月的时间，只是一个SP。恰好又一次，Leonard Kim来到美国FED演讲，我趁这个机会跟他联络。
在FED，他的一句“You can do it！”觉得好像是跟我讲的！结果，我6年上了3钻。
重要的是你相信吗？You can do it !

我当天选择相信了安利，第一个月看了30本书，听了50片CDs，驾车上班的时候，到了停车场，都不肯下来，因为内容太兴奋了，很多成功人士跟你分享怎么成功。
在外面，到处都是你的竞争对手，没有人会告诉你如何成功。双赢的事情世上不太多，只有安利。Amway = Amazing Way.

我非常饥渴，我很想上皇冠大使。太多太多的伙伴还没有完成钻石，我要挑起我的责任，跟他们一起完成这个目标。2018年，产出100户钻石。

Today is very very cold.

But I still attend Function organised by Leonard Kim, FCA 200+.
Because, I am one of the invited speaker that day

I was so surprised when i received this call from Minki last night.
3 questions will be asked Tomorrow:
1. Why attend Korea Amway Meeting even though I dont understand Korean ?
2. How do I understand Amway at the age of 20?
3. What do I learn in Malaysia FED?

I wore the winter jacket and brought along my blazer there.

My 1st time wear Blazer in Korea. Xp

The most touching part today, is the whole hall claps for my achievement.
And they told me they are fired up and inspired by my speech.
Everyone of them says thank you to me during break time.
Amazing ! I like this Encore Effect !

Blue Jeans Festival

Just after mid-term exam !
Exciting time !

Today is Friday night.

I went to Minki House to stay overnight in Jamsil Laru because the next day morning we need to depart to DaeGu for Blue Jeans festival by Rented Bus!
The moment for waiting this day to come is too exciting !

I saw many books again on his bookshelves. I spotted some books and borrow from him.

《7 habit of highly effective people》、《Attitude is everything》.

I saw his DVD of being the guest speaker in Yokohama Arena in Japan !
I like this very much !!
I was sleeping on the Pororo Bedsheet. His son CharYu's de. Hoho !

The next day is super cold day. We took 5 hours to DaeGu.
I like this team because everyone of them are caring and sharing.
I have no chance to use my own money because they like to treat me meals and snacks ><
Most of them are SPs and Platinums above. I ask many questions about their experiences when fighting SP and DD. I like experiences !
All leaders in Minki group are great People.
I ate the Premium Walnut Cake which is DaeGu speciality, most famous in Korea.

Sooo Yummy !

We reached DaeGu Expo all together.

We play many games about products and got many free samples.
Korea always have this kind of promotions.

I really very enjoy when learning and fighting together with these leaders.
They touched my heart. Always.

I like their lifestyle video with some words.

年轻人有两个经常：经常失业、再不然就经常失恋。

应做的事早点做完，就能开始享受生活。

他聊了年轻人的心境：20岁的和40岁的人的想法：

20岁的年轻人：在工作上的忍耐度不太好，有比较重的脾气性格。“一生气，就会告诉老板：老子不干了！”

当我们进入这个学习环境的时候，最大的改变是换了一群朋友圈。

第2个故事：

有个年轻人，时常很迟才做完工作，每次回到家，脱鞋子都是用随脚踢的，因为太累了。

一踢，就是两声撞向鞋橱"king, klong" 。

连续了几天，楼下的老太太上来一直敲他的门，告诉他不要那么做。

他道歉了。

后来每次回家，他都很小心的脱鞋。

第2个星期，他回家的时候，很累，随脚踢开了鞋子：“king！”的一声。

他突然想起老太太的警告！

然后把另外一只鞋子好好的放在一边。就去睡了。

半夜，突然老太太又找上门了。

一开门，老太太问他：你刚才做了什么?!

"不好意思，我忘记不要随脚踢鞋子了，但是我过后已经没有踢另外一只鞋子了，对不起。"

“为什么不要踢完那两声呢？！

就是因为你之前每次回家踢鞋子都KingKlong两声，我才能睡着。现在你只踢一声，我一直在等你的第二声，等到现在弄到我睡不着！”

这就是习惯。

下了班跟朋友去喝啤酒、玩乐是正常的。但是要想一下，跟我们同样年龄的人，为什么我们的生活方式可以那么不一样呢？

他们让他们自己的生活很精彩，但是另外一群的他们，是让他们身边的人的生活方式跟他们一样精彩。

浪漫，不是躲在夜里弹吉他谈情，而是活在昨天，活在明天。就是没有活在今天。

而，决定未来的，不是昨天，也不是明天，而是今天。

很多人不知道自己几时才会成功.

“只要问自己这一句话就行了：你知道3年后的你会过什么样的生活方式吗？”问10个人，有9个人答不出这个问题。

世界上全部的东西要靠自己的努力才能有获得，

只有一样年龄是不需要努力就能获得的。

你实现完你的梦想了吗？

这是上帝有些安慰……

“因为check到了哪里人口最多，我就要很快的时间去到哪里！”

上帝又晕了过去

他又站回起来，再问他，好！

"我再给你200万！你要用来买什么？"

"我要请很多很多的人！"

这是上帝更安慰了……还好你有创业的精神

“我要把那些乞丐统统赶走，酱我就可以一个人跟整个地方的人讨钱了！”

想法的框框一定要拿掉，很多人上班下班忙碌工作，如果有一个生意机会能让他完成自己的梦想，你会愿意更明白它吗？

在这个环境：学习为先，先改变自己脑袋的想法，因为想法绝定活法。

年轻人努力的时候，应该加上一些东西：你爱的人的年龄和爱你的人的年龄。

我们没有我们想象中的年龄，有太多人期望我们趁早成功了，就算没有，至少我们会期望自己早点成功，趁年轻享受生活！

They are really very friendly and kindful !

They are a Insurance Agent with House wife.

each of them have 30 customers. with 170 IBOs in group.

1 customer service only once a month & but those who love Amway products and this system,

few times a month. No matter how little products they used.

3 STP in a week. and they just spent 1.5 hours every day exclude Sat and Sun.

How they create customers?

I study very hard for product knowledge. Every leaders also same. They study hard for this and for their dreams.

With 3-4 demo after the next meeting of STP.

Her wife's father was involved in an car accident and coma 15 years ago.

She has been taking care of him for 10 years.

Tonight was System Meeting. Speaker for the whole section is Founder Triple Diamond Por Kit Cher. One of the 12 Founder Council Members in Korea. Thanks alot for Min Ki to explain to me personally the content after the Meeting. I get to know his background from Minki, he was a Preschool teacher and his wife too. He likes to teach children very much, but he has no freedom.
Kenny :"How come a teacher will go F.Triple Diamond? For him Diamond is already enough, isnt it?"
Minki :"No, Kenny. In korea, Diamond is not freedom. Somemore, he not really want to be F.triple Diamond, is all his partners want to be Diamond, So he become F.Triple Diamond."

He has 6Diamonds, 2Emerald, 1 F.DD now.

What we need to do in Amway business? Just 2 Questions for yourself :

First,

Are you really want to success in life?

Second,

Do you really want to do this business?

You have to challenge yourself. You give yourself challenge, not other people giving the challenges.

1st time SP needs a lot customers volume.

20 - 25 customers in Korea is needed for an Eagle.

House Meeting at Minki House

今天是我第3次见Minki，

他小组的House meeting @ his home at Parkio。出席人数 20人。

我提早到他的家，顺便跟他聊了一下关于TQG和WWDB，48355 BIB，什么是TQG Eagle……

也知道了原来Leonard Kim那么厉害，他的sponsor是US的FCA，组里面有5个FC；而Leonard Kim有10个FC，日本也只有5个FC而已！

Minki告诉我：“你知道什么叫100+ Diamond吗？只要你每个月qualify：300 old customers, 100 new IBOs, 100,000,000 pv ,你就是100+ Diamond了～我就是那个100+ Diamond！”

Minki的house meeting的进行方式跟我们的蛮多不同的：

开始的时候，他自己是MC，看Rich Devos在安利美国50周年纪念日的演说；

接下来看Artistry背景和实力的Video。到她的姐姐讲解新的Products：Anti-Wrinkle Intensive Peel. 虽然我一句韩语也听不明，但是看到他们每个人都很兴奋，我觉得我已经来对了环境学习。

Minki邀请我做主讲嘉宾，还请了他的F.DD做我的翻译 >< （太荣幸了吧？^^）

我分享了我怎样进入这个生意，为什么发展和怎样拿下18%的过程。

一面讲的时候，就不想停下来，因为他们给我的反应很好，让我觉得我讲得很棒，我越讲越兴奋！分享了很多我没有准备的东西。

最后结尾是Minki教他们的10 Core Steps。

感想：

今天我最开心的，就是Minki告诉我：thank you Kenny ! Your sharing is absolutely fantastic! Great job! You know? Most of my members them told me they are motivated by your speaking! Lets go for dinner!

吃小食的时候，Minki介绍了他旁边的 new member给我认识，是一个lawyer. （我很惊讶，因为Minki的组内好像什么人都有，重点还是他们的岁数大过Minki，Minki真是一个很厉害的领导人）

我终于有问题可以问他了，

1. What is the BB crème different of Amway with outside brand .

他很有智慧的回答我：You know? The main different of them is …… PV. 当然他再补充我没有听过的Artistry背景给我听，让我更敬佩安利Artistry的实力！

How much is the sign up fee for Korean ? And How is the procedure?

这个答案真是吓到我一跳！ Its free, and you can just click on your smart phone to register as Amway member in Korea! ( OMG !! 我心想：酱我一定能在韩国做到FCA了！^^)

How many SP and DD in the house meeting just now?

这个更让我敬佩我自己：10 SP and 6 DD @.@” 原来我90%的听众是比我还高Pin的人 ><，他们还说 Motivated by my speaking . 我太高兴了！！！

最后到他问我了：

“Kenny, I want to ask you a question, only 1 question, It is very serious.”

“Ohh, ok.”

“Why you don’t know Korean, but you still join my meeting for 3 times? You don’t understand it at all.”

我回答：“Because I need this environment.” “I need to protect my mindset, I need this positive environment.”

Minki : “You are smart person, if I am you, I will also do like you. Go to meet local, they need your help, there must be some people around you who are same like you want to make your dream come true.”

太棒了太棒了！

今天约了MinKi在江南火车站见，结果迟了10mins.

我感到非常paiseh，看到他的时候他很兴奋的跟我握手。

我顿时愣住了（哇！EDC跟我握手叻！真的还自己来接我！）

Leader是果然不一样的！

我告诉他：I am so proud to be picked up by you EDC.

他就：哈哈。（然后搭着我的肩膀，说：Welcome～）

（我在想：这会不会是年轻IBOs的好处呢？XP）

这太亲切了!？! 哈哈～

走着走着，他突然讲请我喝水 >”<

又很paiseh地告诉他：hehe, Ohh..

一坐下来，他就跟我聊天，还说：如果我早点到，他请我吃晚餐. LoLX..

（我想：我只是一个小小的IBO，为什么他会把握当成贵宾那么招待呢？Leader果然是不同凡响的～）

原来今天是Open　Meeting，属于Leonard的小组：有300 多人的会场。Minki将会STP，他知道我不懂得Korean，去感受那个气氛就好了；Leonard将会给一个小时的Sharing。他告诉我：等下他STP后，将会介绍我给全部人认识。（在KL都没有试过这样哦！这太棒了吧！？气氛感觉是很不一样的！Xp ）

SooMi（MinKi的 Wife ）带我去找Leonard拍照！她很亲切了！（EDC果然是不一样的）

我竟然有机会亲眼看到MinKi show Monopoly 的plan！(我实在太幸福了！！)

我虽然听不懂Korean，但是我感觉到这整个plan和这个EDC是充满激情和魄力的！有很多我在KL没有看过的Video和图片；而（很多Video讲述Ironman的精神、坚持奋斗的企业家精神，让我感觉到这个不是普通的Open Meeting！）

STP的方式也是很不一样的，单刀直入，讲很多关于产品实力和未来消费。

Ken说：韩国这里，已经创造出每个人都想积极上钻石的成功环境，我非常期待接下来在Minki团队活动将会怎样让我更快实现我的梦想……

Leonard也蛮特别的，他带着一个小小的Bag，上台致词 Xp

虽然我又不懂得听Korean，但是我听懂得他说的英文：Enlarge Your Dream, It will come true!

（我又感觉到：果然是FCA，他没说：Hold on to your dream，而是Enlarge your dream）

今天的活动终于告一段落了，很开心我又有新的东西可以做了！

我要去Shop看看～我要去Minki家看看～我要进一步了解韩国安利是怎么做的！Xp

安利让我感觉到全世界都是我的家～哪一个国家都有我的朋友！这感觉实在太美妙了！

感想：

心在哪里，动力就在那里；

行动在哪里，成就就在哪里。

我不能只是满足于自己舒服的现状，一定要尝试新的突破，

要让自己发光发热，才能引领身边的人走向梦想的另一端。

拥有了钻石的思维，接下来就只是行动量而已！

自己的思维上又再次突破！

恭喜你们踏踏实实地一起跟着我们追逐自己的梦想，观望我们的未来。

这次的梦幻周末实在是太棒了！

我太喜欢这两个海外的主讲嘉宾：中国的冯波和韩国的Miki kim!

在他们的身上，我体会到了成功者的态度和思维。成功其实就那么简单。

冯波原来是一个来自富豪的家庭，看着他小时候穿着西装的照片，他的家真的很有钱。

时常跟朋友玩的时候，都自然而然被排斥，因为在中国穷人家的小孩不能跟富家的小孩一起玩了。他就觉得，如果自己是一个穷人家的小孩，那该多好啊，就会有很多的朋友？（日子久了，语言的力量开始体验在他的身上）

几年之后，因为家族生意投资失误，破产了。父母后来又离异了。

这个时候的冯波从富家子弟变成了一盆如洗的穷人家小孩。

创业故事就从这里开始了。

在不断求生的过程中，他打了很多份工作，但是那时的收入不符中国的生活水平，还曾经露宿街头。

机缘巧合之下，他认识了这个事业，当时的他以很低的启动资金开始了这门事业。

因为他知道，在现在的社会，只靠打工，求生是有些困难，一定要自己出来做生意。

刚刚开始的时候哦，他跟两个合作伙伴，合资用300人名币( RMB )租了一个房子。一间鬼屋。

但是为了谋生，对于大多数人来说，这是一个恐惧；但是对于他来说，这是一个机会。面对恐惧的方式就是去做你害怕的事情。

从一张铺在地上的草席，到一张属于自己的床。用的钱是自己做生意赚来的钱，自己开始有了满足感和成就。

在过程中，起起落落，最终达到了EDC pin！

一个人的观念决定了他的命运，而他的观念：

在传统生意里面，成功3次5次，只要失败一次，可能面临破产，要从头开始；

在这个事业里面，失败3次5次，只要成功一次，世世代代都能享受高品质的生活方式。

成功一定有方法，失败一定有理由！

如果要成功，一定要清楚3件事情:

1. 你想要什么？

2. 我能做什么？相比较于成功人士的例子，自己的能力在哪里？

3. 我应该做什么？

这3件事，只要分得清楚，处理任何事情都很容易得心应手。

人生有3条路可以走:

1. 选择众人走的路：一生没有风险，稳稳定定的收入。但是最后结果也不会很精彩。

今天我们每个月赚到的钱，到底可以存入多少进银行呢？一个月赚3k，假设每个月存入50%的收入，1.5k/mth。一年后才有18k。十年才有180k。但是现在我们买屋子至少需要300k～400K. 那么是不是代表了我们至少需要奋斗十多年我们才能开始拥有第一间属于自己的屋子呢?

2. 选择做生意：高风险，需要面对很多竞争对手，资金，货舱。最后的结果确是一些健康问题，和很多的uncertainty.

3. 选择这条充满挑战的事业。最后的结果确是诱人之景，财务和时间自由，健康和美丽。

2～5年，根据自己付出的努力得来的成果可以就让自己拥有自己喜欢的房子和车子。

我很欣赏冯波做事情的态度：

失败者做事是找借口；成功者做事是找理由。“What is the direction for me to success?”

别人给你的限制不重要，重要的是你有没有给自己限制？

当别人不相信我的时候，我相信我自己。

你现在在什么位子不重要，重要的是你所朝的方向在哪里。

一个人躺着可以很累，做着可以很累，站着可以更加累。一个人只有不断创造奇迹才不会觉得累！

现在的社会，我们不能埋怨自己的家人，不能抱怨命运的坎坷，要寻找自己的出路，努力朝前迈进，改善自己的生活。

在上了Emerald奖衔之后，他选择了离开这个事业一会儿，而将这个事业赚来的钱开创自己在杭州的皮革城。

因为他要重振家族的声誉。他将自己在这个事业上学到的管理能力运用在自己的传统生意里面，而管理的最高境界是教育，所以他规定所有的股东都必须是这个事业DD级以上的领导人才有公司的奖金。在几年来不断的努力耕耘下，他拥有了56家皮革连锁店，3家大公司的老板。奇妙的是他每个月只会公司一次，3个小时的时间，就只是找员工们泡茶聊天。

这是在太神奇了！

在21世纪，帮助自己挣到钱还不算成功，重要的是帮自己赚到时间。

在TQG学到知识和提升到的能力，都能apply在任何行业内。

我很清楚记得他说的这句话：

如果你的条件比我开始这个事业前的条件好，我做得到，你也一定做得到；

如果你的条件比我开始这个事业前的条件还差，你要做的，应该要做得比我更多！

一个人一定要有目标，还有正确的心态。因为心态会变成状态。

问题只有一个，方法却有很多。

怎样将产品带出去？掌握产品知识和顾客的需求连在一起。

怎样将人才引进？提升:

1. 个人Image，因为是看得到的东西

2.对人的attitude，因为是感觉到的东西

3. 自己的mindset，因为观念决定命运

People see your believe and your action.

冯波用4个英文词结他这一生的经历：

1. Teamwork- 他讲了“钓鱼杆”和“送一蓝鱼”的故事。

2. Integrity- 今天的财务损亏损，可以用明天的营业额来弥补；今天失去的诚信，要用10多年的时间才有可能弥补。不要看眼前的得失，不要计较付出；付出，一定会有收获。

3. Persistence- 从来没有失败者，只有放弃者；当我们遇到问题的时候，我们是选择放弃还是去寻找方法？我们不是因为要选择失败才来到这个世界上。每次的失败，代表距离成功的一步。

4. Responsibility- 承担责任是一种性格。我身边需要能承担责任的人一起合作。

责任大，成长快，成功也越快！

钻石不看你的外表，钻石只看你所付出的结果

每个难题的出现，是成长最好的时候，都是为你的团队成长做准备。当我们面对到问题的时候，我们会怎么样反应？

当我们知道，做到，才会得到。

大学毕业生。26岁开始这门生意，直到现在31岁身价百万。我相信他的目标感和行动力是跟他的奖衔平行的。很多年轻人会考虑一样东西很久，是因为他们这个年龄有太多的选择了。而他是选择让自己的生活过得更充实！

1. 知道安利不重要，知道安利怎样帮到你才重要。We have to have Clear vision and Clear Reason.

2.很多人是因为没有得到正确的讯息，而只是听人说说而已。没有自己真正探讨过这个疑惑。

3. Always be interest to the change.

4. Crazy people make the world !

5. 一个人因为有太多的时间，所以会不断的思考、不断的考虑。

If you got plan, dont find excuse on it, find reason for it.

人家看你，不是看你叫什么名、也不是看你的性格决定你是谁

而是对你的人格，评估你潜在的能力

很多时候，当我们决定一些东西的时候：

是要做还是不要做？

这是因为我们抱着：有时要，又有时不要的心态

最深刻体会的3个活动：

我被一个马来Instructor的一些话吸引着了

“现在我们要进行Team building活动，

但是进行之前，

请借我你们的脑袋，

我一定要去确保你们真的是同一个目标，同一个方向

给了我们一道数学题……

叫我们重复做着同一个动作……

只要有人做错，就重新来过……”

1. Night Owl

第一次

手上没有任何会发亮的东西

在夜晚里爬山

走了3个小时的山路

领队的人，突然从后面告诉我一句话

“duduk sini,

kami jumpa esok pagi”

就走了

我发呆看着他?????

什么事情?

一个人坐在森林里面，

什么都看不到，月亮也没有

什么都听不到，没有人发出声音

不敢坐着，就一直蹲着

一直想一直想

既然他们将这个环境制造成只能自己与自己对话

没有任何东西的困扰

自己就开始反思

虽然怕有时候鬼会出现

或者有小虫或者水蛭爬在我的身上

但是想来想去

这些我也担心不来～

我知道：他们一定会确保我的安全的

那就选择Focus在我这几天一直都在想着的东西

脑海里出现的

竟然不是我的课业

而是我的团队成长的趋向

“这两年，我不断出席会议、参与大大小小的活动，

跟着Jason和Edison 差不多跑片整个大马和新加坡，

经过自己的Taman却很少进家，就算呆在家的时间，

却没有有足够的时间陪父母.

不久我又要去韩国了，

我做的一切到底是为了什么？

难道就是为了一直等吗?

团队停止了成长，就是因为领导人停止了成长。

我不能等啦! 我的团队在等我!

我知道我的问题出在哪里了.

年底我一定拿Eagle Pin ! ”

1个小时过后，他们终于来接我了

Instructor 告诉我们：

很多事情发生的时候，

不要focus在问题，要focus在寻找答案

我们做到了!

2. Rafting

这是我第二次玩rafting

上一次玩的时候是在学警的camp

还记得那个时候我的船在河中间的时候被河水冲开了

这一次我知道怎么绑一个很稳很稳的木船了 XD

这次跟上次不一样

是在海岸的。

我们是最后一组出发

但是还是是最后一组到终点

但是这过程真的真的很开心!

当木筏停止划动的时候，或者被卡着的时候，

很多领导人都跳下水，

自己一面游，一面推着木筏移动

“当自己的团队面对问题的时候，

领导人会是第一个自愿牺牲，带着团队前进的人”

后来，我用很大很大力地划着木筏，

但是他移动的速度还是很慢

我划到我的左右手都没有力了，需要小休

我做在木筏上……

“为什么我己经很用力划了，还是不能前进呢？

我看到另外4组，他们划得很轻松，也是有领到人跳下水推木筏。

原来我们的组划的时候，timing不一样

当每个人都做着不同的事情，团队成长的速度是很慢的 ”

后来，当Gavin告诉我们，

当我们喊1，2，3，四边的人就划一下

重复地做. 木筏就可以前进了.

真的，我们的木筏开始移动了

而且很轻松的划动～

全身湿湿，但是我的体会很深.

3. Jungle Trekking

再一次，我也不知道我爬过了多少次的Jungle Trekking

还有一次是爬过8个小时的山；

但是这一次

我有不一样的体会

我们的目标：只是短短2.4km的山路

走的时候，我们必须比平常多做两样东西

就是每个人需要拿着一块饼干和两粒鸡蛋

同时间，走的时候，

我们还需要数一数，山路里面有多少个Red Ribbons.

这太刺激了……

这个山路真的很斜，

完全不能自己一个人走

很需要团队的帮助

下面的人要推上面的人上去

上面的人上了去，

一定要拉下面的人上去

走着走着，

数着数着

往往我们看漏了树后面的红色的丝带

当我们一直往前走，追求目标的时候

偶尔需要看一看旁边 /后面

可能是一些需要我们帮助的人

可能是一些我们需要注意的东西

但是最后的目的

一定要记得

我们还是得完成目标，走完整个路程!

走山路的时候

是一件很简单的动作

就只是走而已

另外需要做的：

就只是相信地、持续地、一直走下去，

我们就会看到出路。

真的，就只是走而已!

做每一样东西的时候，

相信了之后，

就一直不断地做下去，

重复重复做，一定能成功!

yea! 这两天的camp结束了!

还有一个让我回忆深刻的

就是我们去到海边拍照

迎面吹来的风是有声音的

“huuu～～ huuu～～”的

还有我们拿饭吃的时候，背后是靠着海 XD

因为转过来，我们的饭就会被吹倒在沙滩上

（真的是难以置信 =D）

只有来到这两天的人，才能体会没有来的人的损失 ^- ^

下次一定要找很多很多人跟来学东西，

相信一定会有更不一样的体会!
