Christmas Rally 2011

I am so excited again for attending Worldwide DreamBuilder Korea (WWDBK) Major Function.
It is so special for me because there are 25k attendances: 2k IBOs from China, 50 IBOs from Japan, 100 IBOs from SG and MY, others are from each provinces of Korea.

I left Seoul at 12am by 2 Buses with Minki, Long time has no see them, but at the glance they see me, they are very excited and greet me. I stunned and really feel proud to be in the same Team with them. Chit chats in the bus with Korean leaders, I learn a lot from their changing in life and their passion to success in this business.
We reach Busan HaeYunDae at 5am. We have queued outside of the BEXCO which is the largest business conventional centre in Busan until 9am ><
The design of Christmas Rally Hall really attracts me. Starts to anticipating what will be conducting later! =)
I am so exciting again to see all my beloved partners from MY and SG. They have translators’ ear piece provided by WWDBK.

背景：中国政府机关高级总经理，做了很多年的工，但是还不能供孩子出国读书。

当我加入的第2天，我买了800美金的产品自用。我的上线看到，说我傻了。
但是，她（上线）用了12年的时间才看懂安利，现在是个DD。

隔行如隔山，要紧跟着做过的人，不走弯路。安利中国经历了5停4改3整顿。98年，所有直销行业被停止。当时，几乎全部人放弃安利，有些1千人的团队，一夜间解散了。我的团队本来124人，只剩下8人。这时，FAA 70 陈婉芬老师，告诉我：其实危机的背后恰后是一个机会，安利是一个很强很扎实的公司，中国政府一定让安利继续经营。

成功是一个想法，只要跟成功的人的想法一样，就能勇往直前；
如果想法不一样，就会裹足不前。如果想法不一样，我会放下我的想法，跟着成功的人的想法。

时间证明了这是对的。不久安利中国又再开始营业。想法一致，人生一致，忘我的境界，要有梦，成功就会来找你。

选对了行业，但是选不对名师，很难成功。
人生要找到实现梦想的路是不容易的。

由于在政府机关工作，所以我有很多市长的朋友。我做安利的时候，他们都不认同我，甚至聚会都不敢邀请我。最后，他们用了10年的时间才明白安利。现在我是安利创办人皇冠大使，聚会的细节都迁就我的时间，他们没等到我来，都不敢开始聚会。你说安利成功牛吗？、

在中国，就算有钱都不一定买到安利产品。经常断货。一下，牙膏没了；又一下，DoubleX又没了。MY、SG、KR实在幸福，要货就有。

成功路上，会遇到很多问题。
这难道上班，做生意就不会遇到问题吗？
有时候，精打细算，做了个投资，亏了钱，就拿不会钱了

我的妹妹和妹夫反对了我5年，一直不让我对她讲安利，我知道韩国邀请了陈婉芬做主讲嘉，我想尽办法让她出席这次的大会。我请她代替我在这次的大会录音，她只能答应。

来到韩国大会，有些他们虽然不知道安利是什么，但是他们看到了外国人对她的尊敬，他们选择开始了这门生意。很多人不知道安利对她好，但是我们知道。只需要一直分享，任何人的感觉会改变的。

安利从一个思想开始。安利是一个思想。
要成功要千方百计，不是一方一计。
如果对自己的远大目标负责任，你也能成为FCA。

我的梦想已经完成了，我现在的梦想就是帮助我的合作伙伴完成他们的梦想。
在有限的人生，有什么事，是比改变别人的人生还更有意义呢？

这次她上台分享的时候告诉我们：
姐姐时常告诉我，要成功安利，只需要3个步骤：

第一。只是换一个牌子用
第二。 学习：自己学习，带人出来学习，带团队学习
第三。出国学习

她的妹妹只是一个家庭主妇，没有信心做安利，所以才会拒绝。
但是韩姐告诉她：No meeting, No Amway.
她只是很听话，要加强信心，只有出席会议。在会议成长，信心不断提升。

接下来的第4年，在迈向Triple Diamond。这次还带了她的16条线出席Christmas Rally。
日本的出席者都是她带来的。
“我们来日本，不是来打工的，是来成功的。”

不考虑自己的感受，只是不断给予机会，他们能活在希望当中。
不放弃他，不等他，往前跑，回来再带他，不离不弃。

我请我80岁的父亲来日本看我演讲，在几万人的现场，他看到我受到那么多人的欢迎，不禁得掉下眼泪。Amway Leadership Seminar的时候，安利将Holleywood全部包下，全场只有安利的人。在哪里，我们很勤劳地工作，才能够跟家人一起来这样的旅行呢？

从韩姐的身上看到了，FCA： 是本身，原版店，展现安利价值。

每天与上线沟通是这个生意的精髓。

我当天选择相信了安利，第一个月看了30本书，听了50片CDs，驾车上班的时候，到了停车场，都不肯下来，因为内容太兴奋了，很多成功人士跟你分享怎么成功。

我非常饥渴，我很想上皇冠大使。太多太多的伙伴还没有完成钻石，我要挑起我的责任，跟他们一起完成这个目标。2018年，产出100户钻石。

Today is very very cold.

Chilling wind.
But I still attend Function organised by Leonard Kim, FCA 200+.
Because, I am one of the invited speaker that day

I was so surprised when i received this call from Minki last night.
3 questions will be asked Tomorrow:
1. Why attend Korea Amway Meeting even though I dont understand Korean ?
2. How do I understand Amway at the age of 20?
3. What do I learn in Malaysia FED?

I wore the winter jacket and brought along my blazer there.

My 1st time wear Blazer in Korea. Xp

The most touching part today, is the whole hall claps for my achievement.
And they told me they are fired up and inspired by my speech.
Everyone of them says thank you to me during break time.

I spent Rm 2k to go Fly back to Malaysia for attending FED then fly back to Korea. I know this worths it. And I believe My dream will come true with proportioned my effort putting in it everyday. I am here to Win !

Blue Jeans Festival

Oh yeaaaa !

Just after mid-term exam !
Exciting time !

Today is Friday night.

I went to Minki House to stay overnight in Jamsil Laru because the next day morning we need to depart to DaeGu for Blue Jeans festival by Rented Bus!
The moment for waiting this day to come is too exciting !

I saw many books again on his bookshelves. I spotted some books and borrow from him.

《7 habit of highly effective people》、《Attitude is everything》.

I saw his DVD of being the guest speaker in Yokohama Arena in Japan !
I like this very much !!
I was sleeping on the Pororo Bedsheet. His son CharYu's de. Hoho !

The next day is super cold day. We took 5 hours to DaeGu.
I like this team because everyone of them are caring and sharing.
I have no chance to use my own money because they like to treat me meals and snacks ><
Most of them are SPs and Platinums above. I ask many questions about their experiences when fighting SP and DD. I like experiences !
All leaders in Minki group are great People.
I ate the Premium Walnut Cake which is DaeGu speciality, most famous in Korea.

Sooo Yummy !

We reached DaeGu Expo all together.

We play many games about products and got many free samples.
Korea always have this kind of promotions.

I really very enjoy when learning and fighting together with these leaders.
They touched my heart. Always.

I like their lifestyle video with some words.

年轻人有两个经常：经常失业、再不然就经常失恋。

应做的事早点做完，就能开始享受生活。

他聊了年轻人的心境：20岁的和40岁的人的想法：

20岁的年轻人：在工作上的忍耐度不太好，有比较重的脾气性格。“一生气，就会告诉老板：老子不干了！”

40岁的中年人：“好吧好吧，老板你尽管骂吧，只要你不辞退我就行了”

（听起来，想一下，也是好像有一点道理的）

第2个故事：

有个年轻人，时常很迟才做完工作，每次回到家，脱鞋子都是用随脚踢的，因为太累了。

一踢，就是两声撞向鞋橱"king, klong" 。

连续了几天，楼下的老太太上来一直敲他的门，告诉他不要那么做。

他道歉了。

后来每次回家，他都很小心的脱鞋。

第2个星期，他回家的时候，很累，随脚踢开了鞋子：“king！”的一声。

他突然想起老太太的警告！

然后把另外一只鞋子好好的放在一边。就去睡了。

半夜，突然老太太又找上门了。

一开门，老太太问他：你刚才做了什么?!

"不好意思，我忘记不要随脚踢鞋子了，但是我过后已经没有踢另外一只鞋子了，对不起。"

“为什么不要踢完那两声呢？！

就是因为你之前每次回家踢鞋子都KingKlong两声，我才能睡着。现在你只踢一声，我一直在等你的第二声，等到现在弄到我睡不着！”

这就是习惯。

很多人不知道自己几时才会成功.

世界上全部的东西要靠自己的努力才能有获得，

只有一样年龄是不需要努力就能获得的。

“因为check到了哪里人口最多，我就要很快的时间去到哪里！”

这是上帝更安慰了……还好你有创业的精神

“我要把那些乞丐统统赶走，酱我就可以一个人跟整个地方的人讨钱了！”

想法的框框一定要拿掉，很多人上班下班忙碌工作，如果有一个生意机会能让他完成自己的梦想，你会愿意更明白它吗？

在这个环境：学习为先，先改变自己脑袋的想法，因为想法绝定活法。

年轻人努力的时候，应该加上一些东西：你爱的人的年龄和爱你的人的年龄。

我们没有我们想象中的年龄，有太多人期望我们趁早成功了，就算没有，至少我们会期望自己早点成功，趁年轻享受生活！

3 STP in a week. and they just spent 1.5 hours every day exclude Sat and Sun.

How they create customers?

I study very hard for product knowledge. Every leaders also same. They study hard for this and for their dreams.

With 3-4 demo after the next meeting of STP.
